I am a psychotherapist who integrates evidence-based therapy with somatic and spiritual healing, honoring both the science of the nervous system and the wisdom of the soul. I believe healing is not only psychological, but ancestral, embodied, and energetic — a remembering of wholeness that lives within each of us.

I was raised in a multigenerational, third-generation immigrant family south of Boston, with deep roots in my maternal Sicilian heritage and my paternal Irish, Scottish, and Finnish lineage. Growing up within histories of immigration, resilience, and unspoken grief shaped my early awareness of how trauma, survival patterns, and ancestral memory move through families emotionally, spiritually, and epigenetically.

My path into this work was shaped by profound personal loss, beginning with the death of my father in early childhood and later compounded by sudden and traumatic losses of many friends in adulthood. In the wake of these experiences, spirituality became both a source of comfort and a place of deep questioning. While early exposure to Catholicism offered solace, it also revealed how spiritual teachings can be distorted by systems of shame, exclusion, and control. This tension led me to redefine spirituality as something embodied, liberating, and rooted in personal truth rather than fear.

Once purely science-driven, my clinical work evolved into an integrative approach following a spontaneous Kundalini awakening or dark night of the soul — a profound somatic and spiritual initiation that illuminated how grief, trauma, and ancestral memory are held within the body and nervous system. It is an awakening that invites you to heal beyond the ego.

Today, I blend trauma informed, somatic practices, intuitive insight, ancestral healing, and soul-centered work. I support clients in releasing stored trauma, exploring protective patterns shaped by both conditioning and belief systems, and restoring balance between mind, body, and spirit.

I specialize in grief, complex trauma, spiritual awakening, identity shifts, and the impacts of religious, systemic, and relational harm. My work is rooted in compassion, depth, and empowerment — creating space for both emotional healing and spiritual remembrance.

Having lost many loved ones and endured deep, soul-crushing grief, I also know there is no comparison to the pain that can come with a kundalini awakening or the dark night of the soul. These moments can be both “soul-crushing” and “soul-awakening”—as if all of your traumas resurface at once, urging you toward greater awareness. Sometimes these awakenings arrive suddenly and explosively; other times, they unfold slowly and painfully, much like grief itself.

Yet, through this process of awareness and purification, a profound transformation becomes possible. One day, you may come to see its purpose and recognize yourself through a lens you never imagined.

If there’s one truth I’ve learned, it’s that you cannot go through this journey alone. I meet you where you are—honoring your individuality and unique life experience—and together we co-create a space where you feel supported, seen, and less alone on this powerful path of awakening.

Ultimately, this work is an invitation to come home to yourself — whole, resilient, and aligned with your soul’s truth.
